Lawyer Mario Battaglia

Born in Alessandria in 1965, Mario graduated in Law magna cum laude from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan in 1990.

He has been a member of the Bar of Milan since 1994 and the Albo Cassazionisti since 2008. Already advisor to the Athletes Commission at CONI, he is a current consultant to the Order of Architects of Milan.

He has thirty years of solid experience in various areas of law: from banking, corporate to bankruptcy law; from insurance to labor law; from real estate to leasing law, including agricultural law; from contract to civil and professional liability law; from inheritance matters to taxation; from transport and tourism to computer law and new technologies.                 Also he is an expert in civil procedural law, enforcement and arbitration law as well.

Mario is also author of several articles and volumes on real estate, banking, bankruptcy, and noise inputs.
