Lawyer Giorgia Chiarelli

Giorgia graduated with a final grade of 110/110 from the University of Milano-Bicocca in July 2021, with a thesis in Bankruptcy Law entitled “The Division of Creditors into Classes in Composition with Creditors Proceedings”.

She joined Mario Battaglia’s team in 2021 and focuses on real estate and lease law, contractual relationships, corporate and bankruptcy matters, and enforcement proceedings.
